How To Tie A Mattress To A Car Roof

iPhone: Disable automatic backups on iTunes

Dear readers ...

Those of you who diligently reads my blog knows I have very good knowledge of PCs (Windows neighboring w) as having work as technicians and also my passion for Bill Gates.

I sold (given the 'advantageous economic offer) to fate and I bought an iPhone 4G. (see previous post)

note with pleasure that the 'use' s iPhone, although initially strange, it is very easy and beautiful intuitivo.Una machine.

not want to disclose too much criticism of the policy that Apple will simplify life, directing them in their own way of seeing things, increasing the price exponentially ... We are talking about almost a salary for an iPhone, eh ... a little too much credit

We continue with the post ....
unfortunately I learned how to use iTunes (actually I'm still a beginner eh) to configure, update and manage my Melafonino.

Today I wanted to update the firmware to release 4.2.

Using two computers on my iPhone.
One for daily use which is the pc 's office, and one for backup is to home. (I dare not even comment on the fact that you can only use 5 pc of licenses by Apple).

On my work PC I made stupid not to Synchronize apps, and then when I plugged in my iPhone, has started the automatic backup that I almost deleted the app from the phone and created a backup on PC (obviously devoid of App.)

there and then I think: "Well, it does not matter! I have the backup home

In reality I have frozen with fear ... iTunes makes a backup automatically whenever you connect the 'iPhone. So if I were connected to the 'iPhone to PC at home I would have made a backup automatically (syncing application on the pc, shame on' iPhone I had no more) and then zero app saved.

inpedirlo if I wanted?

I found online a program that starts before the 'launch of iTunes and lets you decide whether to activate the backup device.

The program is called BackOffice, and found a mini-guide and a brief presentation to This Link.

I must admit that despite my good knowledge of PC, Hardware, Windows, etc. etc.. Apple I'm a beginner like a child (which I do not like). In fact, now I'll put a good bit to learn this new world of tunnel conveyors.
