How Many Calories Inmanhattan Popcorn

ideal weight, weight loss, aerobic, anaerobic! Argh!

Currently my goal is to lose weight, or paraphrasing Byrne "reach my ideal weight."
Journal of Medicine recommends 30 minutes of physical activity per day.
E 'can also perform in a non-continuous.
Lately some scientific research seems to show that a prolonged strenuous exercise for a short time speeds up the metabolism for several hours.
It 's the case of Tabata. It 's a program consisting of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum intensity and 10 for the year (possibly rest depends on the exercise) mild, repeated 8 times, all in 4 minutes. I have read on various sites, including Americans, to be one of the best ways to lose weight.
So I'm thinking of applying it to the bike, then four minutes from the minimum 30 per day, are gone.
Then I have a range of some free-style exercises, but I have time: squats 3X10, 2/3X20 ups, jumping jacks 5X20. In addition, I practice wing chun, kali and some techniques, including those from timing. I often recommend running or other exercise like brisk walking. Sincerely
I do not like too much, except for fast walking, if carried out in the mountains, something not always possible. So to remedy this situation, I decided to replace the walk with precisely the stationary bike tabata style.
But there is a drawback. The fast walking should be an aerobic exercise, while Tabata, all'anaerobia approach seems more ...
For more on the net is not very clear distinction (aerobic and anaerobic) in practice, so I set the goal to clarify this point for me to assume that age-old question.
Over and out!
